Isis is the Egyptian goddess of love, healing, and fertility, but following the death of her husband Osiris, she became the goddess of the dead. Together with her son Horus and adopted son Anubis, she rescued Osiris and brought him back to life with her magical healing powers.

I know. It sucks. That's why I call them Daesh, so as not to blemish the name of this incredible goddess.

:) The Egyptian goddesses are so magnificent and beautiful, don't you think?

Society so easily falters the meaning of a simple proud word by overpowering another cruder meaning to it. So many words to this day have been altered by a simple movement, impact, or pressure caused by societal views. It's really quite upsetting, but thus, it is.
